RandomGens is a small, hands-on project built and run by one person, Musa Tariq. There is no support queue and no ticketing system. When you write in, the message lands in an inbox that a real person reads, and the reply you get back is written by that same person rather than assembled from a template.
How to reach us
Email is the only channel, and it is deliberately the only channel. It keeps everything in one place and means nothing gets lost between platforms.

When you can expect a reply
Most emails get an answer within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Messages sent late on a Saturday or on a Sunday are usually answered on Monday. If a week goes by with no reply, the message almost certainly went to spam at one end or the other, so send it again rather than assuming you were ignored.
What to write in
A tool is broken or behaving oddly
This is the most useful message you can send. Tell us which generator, what you clicked, what happened, and what you expected instead. If you can add your browser and whether you are on a phone or a desktop, that usually cuts the diagnosis time in half. Broken tools get fixed ahead of everything else on the list.
A wrong fact or a wrong number
Every figure on this site comes from a published source, but sources get updated and mistakes get through. If a calorie count, a population figure, a lifespan or a definition looks wrong to you, send the page and what you believe the correct value is. If you have a source, even better. Corrections are made quickly and the page verification date is updated when they are.
An idea for a new generator
The most useful suggestions describe the moment you needed the tool rather than the tool itself. Several generators on this site exist because someone described a situation we had not thought about. Tell us what you were trying to decide and why the existing tools did not help.
Using our content in a classroom or a video
The facts and figures on this site are free to use in lessons, worksheets and videos. The photographs are licensed to us and cannot be redistributed, so source your own images for anything you publish. If you are unsure whether a specific use is fine, ask first and you will get a straight answer.
Privacy requests
Access, correction and deletion requests are handled through the same address and answered within 30 days, usually far sooner. See the Privacy Policy for what data exists in the first place, which is less than most people expect.
Partnerships, press and business
Sponsorship, guest content and commercial proposals are read, but a reply is only sent if there is genuine interest. Cold link-exchange and paid-link requests are not accepted and will not receive a response.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a password you generated, because generated passwords never reach our server and are never stored anywhere. We also cannot give medical, dietary, legal or financial advice based on the tool outputs. The generators are for ideas and decisions, not for professional guidance.
